Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. Therapy offers a nonjudgmental space for you to process your thoughts and emotions and get to truly know yourself. I will admit it though, therapy does take some work and can get uncomfortable. Having said that, it’s my experience that people leave therapy feeling better and knowing themselves more deeply.

  • If what I’ve said or shown on my page resonates with you, then that’s a positive sign that you’re in the right place. I’ve put a lot of time and effort into this page to convey who I am I and how I work. I also offer a free 15-minute consultation for you to ask any questions that came up for you and for us to get to know eachother a bit. If you decide that you would like to work with someone else, I am more than happy to provide some referrals.

  • Individual therapy sessions are 50-minutes whereas relationship therapy sessions are 75-minutes.

  • Unfortunately, I am not accepting insurance at the moment. What I can do is provide you with a monthly Superbill that you can provide to your health insurance provider to be potentially reimbursed.

  • Fees will be determined during our consultation.

  • I require a 24-hour notice of cancellation or you will need to pay for the appointment. When possible, I do my best to try and reschedule you later in the week. I understand life happens and emergencies are unplanned, so I do make occasional exceptions.
